The charges payable by the Riv Connect are based solely on the value of the services provided and are unrelated to the value of the client’s premises or property or the property of others located at the client’s premises adjacent or in the vicinity. The service provided is that of basic monitoring subject to errors and omissions and is not a guarantee for the mitigation of losses. Any other requirements or extensions to the service provided will have to be negotiated, and may be subject to an additional charge.
